1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
The wrong product was delivered.
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Products that are used, altered, or damaged due to customer misuse.
Items without original packaging or missing accessories.
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product.
Any product that has exceeded the 48-hour return window.

If approved, we will arrange for the return pickup or provide instructions on how to return the item.
4. Refund Policy
We do not offer any electric payment method as we only operate on Cash on Delivery (COD)
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us at [email protected].
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
If a return is initiated for any other reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping fees.
